Englishman living in England First time buying from Cooking Life. To purchase this produce in England would have cost £99.99. Getting it from Cooking-life cost £65.00. Communications from Cooking-life was very good from the start. Order received; order processed order dispatched. Then nervous couple of day till it was in the tracking system. Fedex across the borders great tracking system. Then arrived in England. Hermes. Was not delivered when stated, said no one was in to receive it, no idea where they tried to deliver it to. Due to Easter had to wait a few more days, when the regular courier turns up, she said there was a temp driver on, lots of complaints. Conclusion Great service from shop and transport, hopefully your have the right courier for the final leg.

The product is still packaged but looks fine and was packaged well. I was well informed at all times but my address was messed up. I contacted the company who did indeed amend my address but not in time for the courier company’s delivery. On the morning of my delivery I saw another different address which I presume the courier company guessed from the botched original one. Delivery was sent on time but to this new address. Luckily I was able to hot foot it the the said house and got my parcel ( they had opened it but all was ok) due to the fact there was a picture and location map of the delivery. So well done the delivery company for that. It was a little stressful hence the three stars. Plus if the parcel had been taken in and the products thought desirable I might not have seen it given back to me.

I strongly do not recommend, they sell goods that they supposedly have, but not, the refund will of course take another 10 working days, what's the point? why someone sells goods that are not there (to this day it is in stock on the website). Why are the money that I pay with them in an instant and the return takes several days? support responds after a few days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everything appeared to be going great then Hermes got hold of it and tried to deliver the package on a Saturday - we are closed on weekends. They website states they will try and redeliver the nest working day, the didn't, or the day after or the day after that - you get the picture. Now I can't get an answer from anyone to advise what the heck is going on?

Still waiting on delivery of Le Creuset casserole pot. Tracked my order to find out why there has been a delay and apparently my parcel is 'a bit too big' to deliver and has been passed to a specialist delivery firm for delivery within 48 hours. That time has now passed and still no parcel. Hermes delivery tracking site has no up to date information.

Plates arrived yesterday in large cardboard box which had been bashed in transit. Box not marked fragile. Plates wrapped in clingfilm and loosely surrounded by bubble wrap. It looks like they are all smashed or chipped. Really poor packing. Await comment from company regarding refund as don’t trust them to wrap and send again.

Ordered a le Creuset casserole to my address in England. They sent it to Austria. I contacted them as soon as the order confirmation came through and they said they will contact the delivery company and get back to me. No one got back to me. Now they said they don’t know where the package is but they can’t issue a refund!!!

When package arrived, the content was in pieces. You could hear broken glass inside. I'll add the package was not marked as fragile. Contacting cookinglife support got me a message "You can put your text here" and no response afterwards. Their phone number is barred. You can try your luck, maybe you'd be luckier than me.

Very bad experience and poor comunication, I ser that was a mistake in the delivery adress, send in the same moment an email to made the correction, Without any answer. Answer was given after sending the order without any possibility to solve. At the moment I already pay another transport tax to try received the order

10am Sat 11 December: Just received my 3 Dec order of 3 Le Creuset 2-Step bottle openers thrown loosely into a plastic bag. All 3 hard plastic containers are badly broken so it is now impossible for me to give these as Christmas presents, as I had planned. Appallingly careless packing - and service.

I want to return my order because it is not suitable. I have not had a response to my email in three days. When I call the customer service line, it disconnects. I have tried to what's app them but no response and it's been an hour. Terrible customer service. Actually non existent.

We received the order today (after 10 days), but we are really disappointed. We just get a lot of pieces of cake stand (as you see on the picture). I hope that we get another one in shortest time, in one piece (before the christmas, because is a christmas gift). Regards, Boštjan

I send very clear question about the VAT policy since the buyer is an EU registered company. No response for my question nor was the VAT deducted from the prize. After receiving the purchase it turned out to be not working properly. Just sending an inquiry about this matter.

I didn't accept the package because the glasses were broken. The broken glasses could be heard in the box. I didn't accept the box from the courier. I am disappointed, it was a gift for Christmas. I still want the glasses but whole this time. What to do in this case?

I’ve ordered three glasses and two of them came broken. They supposed to be a gift for my father who has a collection of beer glasses and sadly received only one of them. This was a result of a poor rapping and no info about fragile content in the box to delivery.

The two Le Cruset mugs I ordered came very loosely wrapped together in bubble wrap in a large box, they had banged off one another and the handle was broken off one. I'm not willing to go to the trouble of returning it but I would not order from this site again.

My experience is that my goods arrived smashed to pieces and I am horrified and angry about the way they were NOT packed fit fir transport All I want now is a refund you can certainly improve by getting packers that know their job and do it properly

The crockery arrived broken, their returns site did not work, it is a total nightmare, once I did manage to get in contact they offered me a refund on the damaged items, what good is an incomplete set, absolutely appalling, definitely one to avoid.

Haven't received ordered. Those replying on the what's app messaging have been no help. No tracking info available since 20th Dec. It was suppose to be a Christmas present and when I ordered it said it would be here in time for Christmas.

Very disappointed. Was a good price for Le Creuset Kettle and delivery was very prompt from EU. However, the kettle is damaged. Not going to go to the trouble of trying to send back. Enamel is chipped at the bottom as per photographs.
