Ordering item was easy, the price was excellent, the packaging was excellent especially as the item was going overseas, the only downside was waiting for the delivery as it took 8 days but then I must take into account the effects caused by the covid restrictions and the Christmas holiday period. All in all I am very pleased with the service, Thank You CookingLife

This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.

Neither PayPal nor payment via visa card would work. Tried bank transfer then, but just got the money refunded without explanation. Contacted customer support, but no reply.

I want to return my order because it is not suitable. I have not had a response to my email in three days. When I call the customer service line, it disconnects. I have tried to what's app them but no response and it's been an hour. Terrible customer service. Actually non existent.

Place order and paid in early January via Paypal. After one month the order still didn't turn up. When contacting them via Paypal (as there is no customer service contact provided by Cookinglife) they claimed that they never received the the money. Paypal charged my credit card and never issued refund for it. The company suggest I should put order again and make another payment. Absolutely ridiculous! I have to open claim via Paypal to get my money back. Avoid this company.

Plates arrived yesterday in large cardboard box which had been bashed in transit. Box not marked fragile. Plates wrapped in clingfilm and loosely surrounded by bubble wrap. It looks like they are all smashed or chipped. Really poor packing. Await comment from company regarding refund as don’t trust them to wrap and send again.

I will be returning this item. Very poor quality. Does not have a continuous smooth movement. Keeps jamming. and on close inspection some of the blades look slightly bent. Very difficult to operate. A horrible whisk!!!

am afraid that one of the plates has been smashed in transit. I attach photo of the smashed plate and a photo of the packaging box. I must say that the packaging was insufficient. Whilst the plates were wrapped in bubble wrap and then a scrunched up a piece of brown paper was placed down 1 side only. There wasn't any notification on the box to indicate that the contents were fragile. Finally the plates are not Risotto plates. They are soup plates I attach photos of a real Maxwell Williams risotto plate and the ones sent to me and you will see the difference. Also they are definitely NOT "First class porcelain" as stamped on the reverse.I would like to return the plates to you f.o.c. and receive a refund. How can we achieve this? Regards Mo Williams

They sent me other products than the ones I ordered, in the first parcel. I asked them to replace them and they offered me a 25% discount on the value. Basically, they forced me to pay for something I didn't need to be in their favor. In the second package, a product was sent broken, because I did not find any shards in the package. So Cookinglife sells junk! For two weeks, they didn't respond to my emails, so I filed a complaint with PayPal. An employee of Cookinglife asked me to submit a refund request to them on the site, although I had done so since January 10th. I accuse them of fraud and violation of EU law in online commerce. If Cookinglife do not pay back quickly, I will report it to the European Consumer Center. This company must be legal or disbanded. It has nothing to do with the European free market!
