Ordering item was easy, the price was excellent, the packaging was excellent especially as the item was going overseas, the only downside was waiting for the delivery as it took 8 days but then I must take into account the effects caused by the covid restrictions and the Christmas holiday period. All in all I am very pleased with the service, Thank You CookingLife

This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.

It may have been a major confusion with my order, I did not get all the beer glasses that were on the list, instead arrive some glasses i did not order, and also one of the glasses came broken. This are the items that are missing: - La Trappe Beer Glass Chalice 250 ml - Leffe Beer Glass 250 ml - Heineken Beer Glass Vase 250 ml - Brand Beer Glass Diamond On Foot 250 ml - Paulaner Beer Glass Weizen 500 ml - Affligem Beer Glass 300 ml - La Chouffe Beer Glass 330 ml - Brugse Zot Beer Glass 330 ml And the "Hertog Jan Beer Glass Weizen 500 m" came broken.´ I hope you are able to fix this as soon as possible, and please pay attention and be more carefull next time. Haven't received ordered. Those replying on the what's app messaging have been no help. No tracking info available since 20th Dec. It was suppose to be a Christmas present and when I ordered it said it would be here in time for Christmas.

I strongly do not recommend, they sell goods that they supposedly have, but not, the refund will of course take another 10 working days, what's the point? why someone sells goods that are not there (to this day it is in stock on the website). Why are the money that I pay with them in an instant and the return takes several days? support responds after a few days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The package with the SMEG toaster I bought in 5 November never reached my address in Paris or the relay mentioned in the delivery tracker. I was at the relay location you indicated in the tracker and they informed me that they do not work with Colis Prive so it would be impossible to receive there a delivery sent by Colis Prive. In 6th December i informed you i didnt want to wait more time and asked for a refund. Since then i sent several emails to know when i will receive my money back and the answers are not enough clear. Something related with the fact that you cannot returm money until you do not receive the product back in your warehouses. I cannot accept this procedure because as a client, i dont have any control or responsability on the delivery process.I just know that i paid for a procuct that was supposed to be at my adress 7 days later and now after 51 days later i didnt receive the product, i didnt have my money back and i dont know when i will receive it. This is inadmissible !!!!!
