Ordering item was easy, the price was excellent, the packaging was excellent especially as the item was going overseas, the only downside was waiting for the delivery as it took 8 days but then I must take into account the effects caused by the covid restrictions and the Christmas holiday period. All in all I am very pleased with the service, Thank You CookingLife

Ordered on November 2021. Never received the order. Customer service almost impossible to reach, only providing standard Whatsapp replies without any follow-up. Also Trusted Shops didn't work, as I filed (in time), but they replied that they can't act because Cookinglife is 'working on it'...and now the protection has expired. It certainly feels like a Catch-22 scam.

I have purchased my items on the 13.09. It is understanding that in case there is not everything available the delivery may take longer. It is 29.09. - more than 2 weeks later still no signs of my items...

I ordered and paid for two expensive frying pans. Only one pan was delivered and despite repeated emails they have not admitted liability and have not sent the second frying pan to me. Dreadful aftersales service.

Placed the order for cookware and website indicates 3-6 day delivery to Portugal. It is 8 days and no delivery yet. Secondly, the cookware set is available for 50€ less in Portugal.

Service from Cooking life was good, but choosing to work with Hermes delivery service in the UK is a poor choice. First order that was delivered contained smashed glasses, courier could get away quick enough after delivering it to my front door, I soon discovered why. Second delivery has been with local depot for three days and still not delivered. I can’t even speak to the depot as the sender has to this. Please change your UK courier to someone more reliable

When package arrived, the content was in pieces. You could hear broken glass inside. I'll add the package was not marked as fragile. Contacting cookinglife support got me a message "You can put your text here" and no response afterwards. Their phone number is barred. You can try your luck, maybe you'd be luckier than me.

I supposedly bought it on a website within the EU. However, it has been 7 days since my order has arrived. I asked and what's my surprise that it's stopped at customs and I'm certainly going to have to pay hefty customs fees!! I will never buy on this site again
