Good service and goods arrive quickly

This is the third time I have ordered crockery from this company, and it is really beautiful, and I think good value. I was kept informed about the delivery and each time this was done very speedily. My only criticism is that on two occasions some of the crockery arrived broken. I think there should have been more packing material to prevent this. However on both occasions the company dealt with this so efficiently, responding straight away and replacing damaged items. So while I think the packing should be better this would not put me off from ordering from them again, and, had it not been for this I would have awarded 5 stars.

All glasses arrived undamaged. Room for improvement — I ordered 4 glasses and they came in a box for 6 doesn’t look very good for a present at it looks like there’s 2 missing.

The actual wine opener is perfect but I expected the packaging to be better. The last one I got was in a lovely box - perfect for a gift.

Delivered as promised. Good packaging and acceptable price.

Two plates, out of 6, were broken on deivery. Need better packaging.

Speedy, efficient delivery. Lots of plastic packaging- can you find an alternative?

The order was processed quickly and came quickly but they delivered the package to a pick up point far from my home in the center of Gothenburg. It was difficult to reach walking or by public transportation and I don't have a car. There was a pick up point just down my street only a 6 minute walk or directly on public transportation but the didn't choose that one.

One of the glasses arrived broken. It is really disappointing. You would expect that if they sell glassware they will be able to deliver it without problems.

Everithing OK! Shipping could be a tiddi bitti faster however.
