The buying process was very smooth and easy. The delivery (cross border) was a bit delayed from the expected time, but it was due to the delivery courier. When contacting Cookinglife customer service the issue was immediately taken into action. The package and the item itself were / are in perfect shape.
This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.
They aren't answering on questions about my order (I wrote to them on Whatsapp). My order still hasn't been sent, and it has been more than 2 weeks (delivery time was 4-6 days). I'm very disapointed, cause I was counting on that order.

Very sorry to hear it! Sometimes, the products are not directly available from us but have to be shipped from the manufacturer instead, and this can take longer. This is usually disclosed on the product page, however. Please do not hesitate to reach us by phone during working hours to resolve this matter!

I order a small frying pan from the picture that was shown with a omelette and 4 slices of tomatoes on it, l presumed that was what l was getting it was 10cm nit 10inchs. I have posted it back exactly how l received it so now l wait for my refund.

For any product that requires a plug, we disclose that the European plug does not fit into the UK 3-pin socket and that an adapter is needed for our UK customers. We are based in the Netherlands, thus our products are not designed for our UK customers.

my one complaint:
NO LOG-IN, + INABILITY TO CHECK ON ORDERS PLACED!

The product is very small. - I guess the dimensions were there but it looked like it was a cake stand - it could only hold one - perhaps two cakes per layer. Not suitable for its purpose. - wooden trays may be useful for plate mats or serving different cheese etc but not for its destine use
