I recently had a great experience with this retailer. I ordered on a Sunday morning and my package was shipped out the same day. The packaging was exceptional, with each individual item wrapped in protective material and clearly packed with care. I was pleased to find that all the items were exactly as described and expected, and at a reasonable price. The only downside was that some items seemed to have collected dust in the warehouse for a while. However, a quick handwash restored them to their original condition, and this is not enough of a concern for me to deduct any stars from my review. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely use this retailer again.

I was a little worried right after I placed my order for Le Creuset frying pans and Alessi flatware due to the bad reviews! But I have received my order quickly. It contained everything I ordered it was well packaged and I have no complaints. I am relieved to have found an online store with such a great selection of kitchenware at very competitive prices. I was also relieved that no extra taxes were to be paid on delivery from Belgium to Denmark. It will not be the last time I order from Cookinglife.

I was very impressed at how quickly I received the order from Netherlands as I am in Scotland, I have waited longer for UK deliveries. They kept me well up to date on the order and delivery process. The bowls were well packed and the price was excellent. Including delivery I could not get them cheaper in the UK, in fact they were mostly out of stock in UK. I would recommend this company and I certainly will use them again.

Placed my order on 11 December and received on 16 December. Tracking kept up to date and very informative. Only one small negative could of come in a smaller box. But excellent service from an excellent well priced shop.

Quick and efficient service

I am very pleased with what I received, they recently updated their system, our first order was slightly delayed, but the second order was very prompt and communication much better. Sadly the second box was damaged and we had a chipped plate, and a broken plate but overall the service and back up was great. I will order again.

I ordered the orange pot and was not disappointed. It’s a lovely colour, I have used it twice already and it only arrived a week ago. It cooks the mussels perfectly and looks great on the table to serve them in. The lid is also a great for putting the empty shells in. Very pleased with my purchase, very good quality too.

Bought 4 glasses, came from Holland quicker than a uk store (4days sun-weds), postage was a fiver. And packing was stupendous, there was no way those puppies were getting damaged in transit.
