Excellent service and help from Michael not quite so comprehensive from Dexter at the end, but nevertheless excellent service and information from both of your team members that I had contact with. Thank you very much. At this point I do not know if your product is as good as I hope it will be as I have not applied it yet. However if you wish to give me a reminder in about a week I will respond as appropriate.

Price of item was decent. Website states that same day dispatch if you order by 10PM but it is not my experience. Delivery was over a week to get from Netherlands to Ireland which is not too far. It was a little dinged up when it came but product itself seems ok. My advice old be to order WELL in advance if you use CROP

Waiting to receive the parcel but £108 is due apparently for import tax. No mention of this when ordered. So I will not be accepting the parcel and requesting a refund through PayPal.

Easy and fast ordering experience. There was no indication as to when parts would be ready to ship out. Site indicated they are in stock but actually order was dispatched several days later. Packing of the goods was poor and some were damaged during transit.

Never buy from here again.

I tried once to buy from here, package arrived late and broken, they refund me 13 instead of 42euro, saying that I can still use the product LOL. Unprofessional .

Had I been aware of this I would have ordered from a UK company for a similar price and a quicker delivery.

I was totally unaware when I placed my order that I would have to pay a further £53.76 to UPS to cover “fees and taxes. Had I been aware of this I would have ordered from a UK company for a similar price and a quicker delivery. I am not at all happy with this situation and your response.

Fast delivery but all items was damaged. They actually issued 10% refund of the order . Even more some product was't MIPA brand as i ordered but they said that inside all ok. But how you can trust what is in???

Possible scammers

ordered and paid for goods on 25 september. on october 16 still no news if and when these goods will arrive. absolutely no communication from the seller on what is happening - I had to chase them several times. I do not know if this business is a scam or not, but i would stay away: there are plenty of people selling these goods, no need to waste your time with people that couldn;t care one bit about the customer

Deliver what has been paid for. Pay attention to customers when they contact customer care. Behave responsibly. I’ve been waiting 11 days for an over night delivery. UPS have sent the goods they damaged back to CROP, which can be verified with UPS, they will not send me another consignment and won’t communicate with me. Woefull. What an load of crop.

Order took fare too long to process. Asked multiple times for the proper paint code and told each time it wasn’t correct.eventually I received it with the code I’d giving them!arrived with the can damaged and paint slightly leaked out (but had dried and re sealed it’s self) Id hope it was just a once off bad experience,as I would like to do further business.

Very Slow Delivery Took 10 Days, shoud state that on the website, I sent an email about it never even got a reply, Came in a massive box 10 times bigger than needed and 1/2 the cans were damaged but atleast didnt leak, Courier just left at the front door hours before time given, so I had no way of checking for damage upon delivery.
