The site in English is very clear, but when I changed pages, it went back to French. It would be nice if we have to choose the language only once while we're navigating the website.
Plus, I found it's not very clear where to click to change language.

The insurance section is not clear. I thought I had bought cancellation insurance and then there was no reference to it once the entire flight transaction was done. This prompted me to call customer service to ask about it, who directed me to Allianz, where I bought a plan only to find out a couple days later that the plan I bought with the flights did get purchased. So I had to cancel one of the

Great service with AF, although not a great service at gates at Paris CDG.

It appears that staff are stopping non-white passengers and asking the same questions "do you have a work permit", "do you have a permanent resident card" and "what is the purpose of your trip to Canada". Some of them are rude and others polite.

to tale the Paris Brest portion the personnel told us we needed to check our very small sae ( 1/2 size of permitted size) while th agent next to her let all kinds of big suitcase pass and never requested that they check their large bags.
it would be important to tell that zealot about fairness and to choose ove large suitcase to mini suitcase..
