Happy with my purchase :)

Very happy with my purchase. It was the only shop that had the colour I wanted. Also happy with a price. The watch was cheaper that anywhere else. Even though it was international delivery it came quickly with no problems. On overal I'm happy with my shopping experience and recommend the store if you want the best price and a great customer service

Great place to buy - return procedures need to be improved

Great prices, nice products, easy to order, very fast and reasonably priced delivery. However the return procedure is complicated: a) I need to print return form - it should be included in the shipment, not everybody are using printers at home; b) after I print return form/register return - there is no trace of it on a platform, I can't see if you received the return and what the status is; c) the return rules are not clear - and are general ones, I sugest when someone registers the return it gets clear instructions about return (already evaluating from which location, what amount is about to be returned - "put return form in a package, select you prefered courier, pay for delivery and send to this address, after we recieve the package we will update the status of your return in 3 working days on a platform") in my last case (>50EUR worth of goods to be returned from Lithuania) I spent quite a lot of time while trying to figure out how to return (and still unclear when I get refund).

Alles bestens – gerne wieder

Ich habe bei bike-discount.de eine Fidlock-Fahrradflasche und eine kleine Werkzeugtasche bestellt. Die Bestellung war unkompliziert, die Preise waren sehr gut und die Ware kam gut verpackt an. Beide Produkte entsprechen der Beschreibung und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde hier wieder bestellen.

All ok, maybe I would prefer to get any updates or just an email that goods are work in progress as you transfer quite a lot of money and there is 2 week silence you start to have weird thoughts even it is written 14-21 delivery time. Just maybe an update from time to time. Otherwise prefer to wait more time and get the best price like I got it from you.

Bought Merida Espresso CC 575 EQ from Sweden

Plus: I am very pleased with the bike itself. Minus: 1) I think it should be stated in description/specification that the included display SC-EN500 does NOT have Bluetooth connectivity, and thus the bike can't connect to E-tube cyclist app. 2) Shipping time 14-21 working days from Germany to Sweden is far too long 3) Sweden is not listed among countries entitled for free return, as stated in Terms and conditions document, which is very strange and disappointing.

They shipped half an order, useless.

​I ordered what was supposed to be a complete braking system for my bike. On the website, these were listed as two separate items: a front brake kit (left brake lever, front caliper, and hose) and a rear brake kit (right brake lever, rear caliper, and hose) from the same brand and model. At the time of purchase, both items were confirmed as "in stock" and paid for. ​A few days later, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, but the rear brake kit was removed because it was suddenly out of stock. Shipping only the front brake assembly makes absolutely no sense. Nobody builds or rides a bike with just a front brake. ​What disappoints me the most is the total lack of customer service. Instead of shipping half an unusable setup, they should have contacted me. If they had told me the rear kit was missing, I wouldn't have canceled my order entirely; I would have gladly switched to a different model or brand of brakes available on their website to get a matching front and rear set. ​Instead, they just shipped what they had without my consent, forcing me to solve the issue on my own elsewhere. Leaving this review as a warning to others about their terrible fulfillment process.

I could buy all the items from a single source - yourselves . I don’t want to go to several different suppliers for items. Most of the items I wanted you had in stock. Good competitive prices & delivered to my door. Only concern is using Royal Mail in uk. Sometimes not reliable ( although if it’s a tracked parcel they’re better)

The items are of good quality, as are the prices. Lately there has been a problem with delivery. Years ago we received the shipment in 2-3 days, now on average 6-8 days. Even the GLS or Pošta Slovenije delivery person does not inform us by SMS when the shipment will arrive. According to them, this is because you do not provide them with the customer's phone number. This needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.

Ordered a bicycle to Finland, delivered in 14 days, as predicted by web-site. The bicycle was serviced well and ready to ride (except installing pedals and tightening steering wheel) What could be improved: - Tracking of the order is unclear. The only way to understand if order was shipped is to wait for an email. It would be good to see a simple state of the order. - No option to select delivery to the floor. In my case I had to go outside of the building and drag the giant box (>2.1 m length) using stairs (The box is too big for elevator) In conclusion, I would say the store is straight 4/5.

Great shop, great customer support

Super cool store that has lots of stuff in stock delivery is also usually quite fast. Once my packet was accidentally shipped with a wrong tracking number, but the human support (btw: great to see no AI/LLM stuff!) was very responsive and solved the issue quickly. Come primo acquisto sul vostro sito sono molto soddisfatto. Ho ordinato tutta la trasmissione nuova per una delle mie e-bike e i pezzi sono arrivati in tempi brevi. Una cosa da migliorare potrebbe essere quella di offrire la spedizione gratuita o a un costo ridotto se si supera una certa cifra o se si ordinano più di 5 pezzi per esempio.

Ordered a complete bike, super happy

Ordered a complete bike, it took three weeks from order placed to bike delivered. Arrived fully assembled in a massive box, tires and fork pumped up, tires set up tubeless, some sealant on rims and tires but who cares. Assembly quality was great, straightened bar, tightened the stem and I was good to roll. Thank you very much.

A disappointment, again.

Order placed on May 10th. 4 days later "your order was packed". Ok. 2 days later: partial refund for items purchased but obviously not in stock.... OK, will wait what will happen next. 3 days later no dispatch confirmation. Contacted bike discount, the answer - delay due to some free national days. OK. Nothing happens within next week. Contacted BD once again, no reply. Contacted BD once again, on 28th. They haven't dispatched the goods, no update, nothing. Checked online reviews - some other customers faced the same problem within last 2 months. A good reason for concern then. In the last message I suggested contacting my bank to engage and try to get the money back and I assumed it's just a fraud. Called them on 29th. I was told customer support team replied "a minute ago, just check you email". Nothing there. Called again, the guy sent a copy of the message they said they sent, nothing came. I asked him to leave a message in the system "I want them to dispatch my order without me confirming their request". Parcel arrived yesterday. Bike Discount is environmentally friendly so they use one piece of tape to seal 40kg heavy soft cardboard box. The tape broke, what doesn't surprise me. The reply to my last request from Friday 28th came yesterday. No content. No idea what happened to bike discount but they dropped the quality of the service from 5 stars to poor two. Orders placed within last view months always came in damaged boxes, what's not necessarily their fault, but quality of packing the items should deal with all potential risks - but Items placed loose in huge boxes it's just a bad idea or high level of ignorance. The only reason that's still considerable when purchasing from Bike Discount is the price. But all other things are just crap.

Love the overall experience. The site is simple to navigate, the shipping service has been flwaless so far. I love the shipping fee is signifficantly lower than the other major german retailers, meaning you can get one item quickly rather than try and bundle more only to justify the shipping costs.

part was exactly correct and dispatched quickly to Poland. Please note the part had to be collected from post office who did not deliver or notify of arrival. The tracker app was how I knew it was there. When sending to Poland avoid using the post office . But tracking app was very good.
