I would like if there was more filter options in sub menus to specify what part your looking for a bit more eg. Very good discounts for some e bikes models. I have ordered two e bikes, first one Zemo SU E 10 has arrived. But transportation with DHL ground tranport to Lithuania was not successful. Looks it was an incident - carton box was damaged and frame was scratched. I guess that package was trowed not one time, because cargo rack was deformed and rear mudguard which is fixed to the rack was positioned not under rear wheel. Kickstand mounting two screws was bended and thread in the frame was ruined. I will need about 3 - 4 hours to fix these damages except frame paint scratch. Now I'm worry how successfully the second ordered e bike will be delivered.

Good quality bike at decent prices!
You have to inprove the delivery proces and specialy how and when you inform your buyer about shipping. Me as an exemple I was noticed via email about the purchase of the product and nothing else. After 2 two weeks some delivery guy call me an sad that he will be at my door in 5 minutes. So for 2 two weeks...nothing and you can imagine what it was in my mind after paying 2100 euro.

This is a good store. They currently have the best prices on bike parts in Europe (to my knowledge, at least) and the description od the products is very thorough and precise. They also deliver the orders quite quickly.
The only aspect to improve is the returns process, which is a bit complicated and the available instructions are not the clearest. I had to return an article that I ordered by mistake and it turns aout they don't provide return labels for my country, as other stores do. The only way for me to find that out was to contact them, after I got tired of waiting for the return label to be sent to me.
Returning an article by my own means was very expensive and bothersome. It would be way better to have a return label provided by the store (in this case, as the reason for the return was my fault, would be payed by me, of course).

The Pricess are always the best of the market. The assortment isn't always the best, because of that -1 Star. The Processing of the Shipment is mostly fast and arrives within the promised time. I'd love to have the possibility to combine orders I made over the weekend. Not espacially to reduce shipping cost, but to save packaging. And there is noch staff already packaging the Items over the weekend, so this could be solved only with Software i.g.

Variety of goods is wide, prices competitive. Payments fast, packaging very good, delivery fast. My only complaint is for shipping costs which are still only 6 eur to Slovenia, but when I start to calculate I need some 100 eur order to calculate it in,..so if for example the shipping for below 30 would be reduced to half I would sure order more times,...cos now i just wait to get to that 100 EUR combined, and then I sometimes just forget to order or go buy

I like the shipping guarantee/insurance. It is quite cheap and, if it makes my shipment a lot more secure, then that is great. I just hope there aren't any "gotchas", where insurance companies protect something you pay for, only to exclude pretty much any realistic and common scenario, protecting you only against unrealistic or very very rare situations.
I don't really like the high shipping cost overall, but I hope that changes over time, once the Chinese market influence decreases in EU.

Good experience, communication could be improved
The experience was good and bike was delivered within the promised time frame 6-13 day, and was delivered on day 13. No much info was provided after the purchase until the bike was handed to delivery company. Tried to call bike discount for some info since 6 days had passed and I had no info at all. But no answer. Apart from that nothing to really mention. However the low standard of communication have me worried in case something goes wrong with the bike I fear will not be easy to contact the seller.

Fully satisfied with all products I received. Very impressed by kool stop t1 mtb vbrake pads, put on my 2 bikes (one vbrake+vbrake, another hydraulic disk+vbrake) - everything works perfectly. Deore m6120 also impressed me on my main bike, very big upgrade in comparison with mt400. Magura mdr-c as usual - rotors are warped, but they can be straightened and work perfectly with Deore m6120:)
As with previous order, there was a problem with delivery address, idk how it is possible but somehow dhl receives not full info which means the local delivery service just receives my name and city (every transfer - less info haha), so I had a side quest again to find my parcel😁 . But the order I made after this, it was possible to choose a parcel box, I wish i could be use parcel boxes or pick up points every time .

The delivery process was unfortunately much more complicated and stressful than expected. After a considerable delay, the bicycle arrived damaged, and resolving the issue required a significant amount of time and communication.

Very good support for my damaged product
At first they sent me my new helmet and as I checked it I saw some scratches mostly little and unnoticeable with one standing out a bit more but still being unnoticeable from a distance. Then I emailed them about it because I knew that this wasn’t the condition my product was supposed to be at and after sending them photos of the scratches and the packaging they replied to me in the reasonable time of 1 week due to their load giving me the options to return the item back and get a new one or get a 20€ voucher/refund. I told them that I preferred a partial refund as getting a new item would take time and they decided to do what I wanted without hesitation making my lightly damaged helmet which was of course fully functional even cheaper.
