The only thing you could do better is include some additional courier besides DPD. In my country I don't have the best experience with DPD. Good prices for know brands providing quality. A radon bike I bought some months ago was not properly configured - both wheel's spokes were under tension and the rear wheel easily became very curved. In addition the front break calliper positioning was not good (no spacers -> position to deep in the rotor) leading to vibrations while breaking.
In addition availability of some items can be improved - > recently I could not order a magura bleeding kits, a shimano HG free hub body, last year - I could not find available 1.5 double butted spokes for a 27.5 wheel.

All of Cube’s sizing charts recommended size S, which is otherwise a good fit and not too big to handle, though the dropper post could have been a couple of centimeters longer for a 164 cm rider. The bike was well-packed, but the size of the package was a surprise, as it wasn’t mentioned in the shipping information. A quick guide to the bike’s user interface would also have been nice. Shipping wasn't very fast in the country of origin, but once it reached Finland, it was quick.

There was couple of days delay in packaking due to high number of bike orders and summer vacations I suppose. No claims related to bike condition, components assemply and packaking, wen arrived I was ready for riding within half an hour. Documets related to components were minimum, but I can find those from componets' manufacturers www-pages and also from social media.

Bike-Discount has a great selection of products at very competitive prices. I've ordered from them several times and the deliveries have always been incredibly fast. Their customer support is also excellent, quick to respond, friendly and helpful.
The only small downsides are that Klarna isn't available as a payment option, and when using Amazon Pay, I always seem to get redirected to the Italian Amazon site, which is a bit inconvenient.

Great variety of parts on good price level. Only backside when getting a shipment by DHL and foremost to Sweden, the delivery time was very long (almost 2 weeks). When sending parcels with Deutsche Post and later on Swedish post, the shipming time was really great (less than a week). Mostly excellent prices, sometimes equal to and sometimes noticeably better than their main competitors in the EU.Just one note: as one of the largest EU companies for bicycle, parts, and equipment sales, they could have introduced free returns for customers across Europe. Instead, I have to pay two or three times more for return shipping than what I paid for the delivery itself. I hope this will be resolved soon, especially since they partner with DHL and DPD, whereas Bike24, for example, already offers free returns.

The Bike Discount store is the best in Europe. The prices of the goods are the cheapest compared to other stores, but the most important thing is that all the goods are original with an accurate description of the products. My dream is to visit the store in person in Germany and buy a bike from there. It's good that you can shop online because we don't have such a store in Bulgaria.
