Very wide offer - I could find everything I needed. Good prices with very reasonable price for delivery abroad.
The only thing I missed was communication about delivery - forwarder did not send any norification which is standard with all local deliveries.. so I had no idea when it comes (one day I came home and found big parcel in front of my house.. not very good for parcel worth few hundreds €). But eshop responded rightaway to my question related to delivery which positive on the other hand.

What was ordered was delivered. It could have been a bit quicker (took almost 2 weeks). Better instructions should be given to the shipping partner DHL. The DHL driver decided that for transport the stabilising pallet was removed (took too much space in his van he claimed). therefore the box was heavily damaged and also the there was little bend in the rear wheel. It should be explicitly mentioned that (DHL) drivers are not at liberty to make such decisions

Delivery time was as advertised. Bike was very well packaged, and DHL had taken care of it, no damage was visible. Generally, it's a nice bike, well specified and comfortable. The saddle post is of the "micro-adjustment" standard kind, witch is good, as many may exchange the saddle for their personal favourite.
However, the bike itself could have been better built. There is some slight creaking from the bottom bracket (press fit, easy to redo) and the aero stem and it's hidden cables isn't perfectly finished. The spacers and the cover for the bearings rub a little and warranted a small check/adjustment. Tyres are Conti Grand Prix of a rather dull variety, perhaps not really fitting with the rest of the bikes spec. They are good, but not outstanding.

Everything else was fine but it was frustrating because my shopping cart was deleted empty once just before I was ready to order and pay the order. I think this was because I created an account(shipping to Finland) and your item prizes were changed after in signed in with my Finland account. I had to search all the items manualla again and it it was frustrating. It is also strange that you had a bit cheaper price for item that are shipping nationally inside Germany.

The postal worker told me that your packages are usually left at the depot and not delivered because the recipient’s phone number is not included on the package. It's not your fault but somehow the DHL gives the pack to the Magyar Posta (Hungarian Postal service) which is not the best of all, and I don't know why, tehere is DHL in Hungary as well. Maybe because the transfer, some of the shipping details missed, so they did not delvivered it, I had to visit the post office to get my pack.

However, the cardboard of the large boxes is very soft, and they couldn't hold the weight of the cargo inside.
