No communication. Automated emails confirm that I have ordered and paid my bottles.
The order status shows order offen, payment offen.
My email has been ignored.
If the company has the German Betriebsurlaub at the moment it should have been told. Now my produce is going to be ruined or I have to buy locally unnecessary double quantity of bottles at extra cost.
You do not receive the tracking information of your order when it is shipped. Nowadays all of the companies give you tracking information when you shop online….
