I believe ARMA Hobby is trying to satisfy their customer base & to expand it. Their selection of kit subjects is very good in my opinion. I hope they will consider producing 3-D resin part sets for earlier kit releases that do not presently have them. I have more than 1 of some kit boxings, & would like to purchase just the decal sheets from other kit boxings that I do not have.
Back on 14 Nov. 2023 I placed an order for the Hurricane IIC Jubilee boxing plus 2 extras. The total cost was 58.42 EUR which I paid via Paypal with confirmation. I have tried to contact armahobby 3 times for a status on my order: 15 Nov., 20 Nov., and finally 24 Nov. Nobody returns my messages. This is my first order with arma. The order # is 18167 ... could you please help ?? Don / Canada
There was no response to my inquiry about the shipping.
If we cannot choose the shipping company, I will cancel the order.

I was initially NOT happy with them!! I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for conformation that my order was received and would be processed (this was my very first order with Arma, so didn't know what to expect)?? In the end it arrived 5 weeks later ... in excellent condition and no shipping issues. Since I now know how Arma operates, I have placed a second order with them ...

Arma's products look fantastic! I've not done the builds but inspection shows clean and fine molding, nice PE and masks, and clean well printed decals. I'm really looking forward to building these icons of the Southwest Pacific! As a dealer Arma carries very nice kits. Again I'm a student of the Pacific War and many of these models represent aircraft that participated.

They Are just a step ahead of the others and it is nice that they are offering the .stl files to those of us who have 3D printers so we ca print the add on items as we need them. I wish other shops would consider doing the same. Always a pleasure doing business with them. Their kits are and have been first class, great detail and not overly complicated to build.

The kits are great, but I have gotten a great deal of pleasure from the website, which is full of articles on history and technology of the aircraft, which are fascinating, and often about obscure figures that you won't read about elsewhere, such as Mike Kolondarski, an American of Polish descent that volunteered with the RAF.

Very good packaging, reasonable shipping time with worldwide Polish Post. No duty fees charged on reception. Quick reply to emails.
The only critic I can think of is that emails for transaction rating requests are sent too early; one cannot rate the transaction before receiving the goods.

This is now my 5th kit from Arma ... I like the subject matter, the decal options and the manner in which the kits are boxed, a tray for the contents inside a box, a nice touch !!

Excellent kits with great detail that are fun to build as the fit is so good. It would be nice to see some special editions that come with Cartograf decals.
