Terrible service

I am so disappointed with the service. I ordered my baby formula 7 days ago and still have not received it. I have no updated information on when I received it. The formula was stuck at customs and I messaged the company twice with no response back. I paid a lot of money and they “guaranteed” express shipping and now I am running low on formula for my baby. This is just terrible!!
