There have been couple cases now already that the items arrived ruined. Previously there were 3 jars we have purchased that arrived lid snapped loose, so we had to discard them. This time, the formula we ordered (HiPP stage 2) arrived open, some powder went above the lid already, so we had to toss. We would like to receive a replacement of this formula asap.

Its supposed to be express delivery and I still have not received it. So I literally had to order formula from a different company and overnight it since the ones I ordered are stuck in customs
