The check out process was super difficult,I needed to write down the information twice so it can accept it (mind you, the I do was absolutely the same, nothing was changed). The system blocked few times. I received an email that the items is send, but never received one it's at the delivery point.
Consider the fact many people will buy things as presents to their friends with babies, the delivery process to another person should be easier.
The product itself is great.

I’m extremely happy with my orders and I have recommended Jukki to friends of mine who also give an excellent feedback on their purchases. I have a set of bedsheets and pillowcases, a second one with a blanket I’m going to use for the cart, I have a bamboo knitted blanket, a nest and two towels. Also a blanket for when we will be released from the hospital. Everything is with an amazing quality and vivid colours. Personally I found the cutest sets in this store.

I like the products, everything is perfect, the only problem was that I got my delivery 2-3 weeks later

Прекрасна изработка, всичко много ни харесва. Само да можеше да се маха калъфът и да се пере, щеше да е супер, защото сега нз дали ще понесе пране в пералня и все пак да изглежда по-същият начин.

I LOVE the products' quality, it is obvious that they are different than if I ordered them from a Chinese website. I always get compliments about the jukki products that people see the baby with. My only constructive feedback is re: the delivery times - the two times I have placed an order, I had to wait 2-3 weeks to get the items. It is minor thing though, for the me the most important thing is the quality and I get that with jukki. Thanks!
