I don't know if it was just a faulty acog or damaged by UPS, but my acog was broken, so I contacted the customer service, and they handled my case pretty well so far, they sent a gls guy to pick up the package that I wanted to retorn altough I still dont know if I will get a refund or the same product, or they fix the acog I sent them, and send it back.

I chose the 3 day delivery, they only shipped it after 3 days and ups has only labelled it so far. I know they have no control over ups but still.
