Good shopping experience, troubles to get in contact
Online site is fine and provides plenty of information. The only points which we disliked is the fact that there is no contact number for Slovenia - the one listed in contact form belongs to Ukraine, which we find quite odd.
So we tried to call to the central in Germany and in spite of listings that contact number can be reached from 9 -16 o'clock, thy actually deny all calls after 13 o'clock.
And trying to reach them by the contact form takes several days.
Since our questions were all related to the buy itself it was a bit unfortunate not to get the answers we needed. But we ordered anyway in good faith and we hope for the best :))
