The delivery should take 5-7 work days. I asked the customer support to try to speed it up, as I really needed it before the weekend. It took only 2,5 days, and I had it on my doorstep! Great service😀

Horrible customer service. Roof rack damages the paint of the car. Takes CS 6(!) weeks to come up with three different answers, all equally irrelevant and obvious ways to dodge any responsability whatsoever. Service agent calls (and texts!) via private phone to fit the rack in a way that FR officially says not to do. When confronted with this FR ignores and claims 'overloading and misuse'. First explanation was that the RR feet were too tight - when asked about the proper torque spec which is never stated in any RR manual they provide, explanation changes. Concept = good, quality = mediocre, service = worse I've ever had.

The products are great, but the shipping is always an issue. This time I have not received yet (I saw once the deliverer passing by and not stopping, he left a message as if I was not home). And every time I'm charged the export fees + the carrier fees for the export fees.
