Terrible organisation - event cancelled and no response whatsoever to our messages. No information at all from them about the cancellation and total silence from them regarding a refund of our money paid up front. They seem to be intent on just keeping our money and saying nothing in the hope that we will just go away.

They charged 178 Euro for a 141 Euro ticket and provided no additional service whatsoever. I should have bought this ticket from the official opera website https://www.wiener-staatsoper.at/en/season-tickets/events/. In fact, I can still buy that ticket for 141 Euro on the day of the performance. When I found out, it was too late - vienaclasic does not issue refunds. I am surprised they are legal.

Ordered tickets on-line for Europe trip. Website was easy to use and there was a prompt on-line delivery of ticket voucher.

I ordered tickets for an opera show. Firstv they say ticket is available and let me payfor it. Then they say is not sure that te ticket is available, that I will be notified about that later and get a refund if there is no ticket ( but not for travel costst etc). Why this burocracy? Are you waiting for other people who are prepared to pay more?

Dear F.,unfortunately in rare cases it can happen that the event is sold out.In your case it was about standby ticket.The general sale in the state opera begins 8 weeks before the start of the event and only then can we confirm your booking, exactly as we did.We have already confirmed your tickets via email.We thank you for your patience. I paid for two tickets but have so far not received them or a refund. No response to any of my emails or messages left on their website. I am concerned that have wasted my money and an opportunity to see the performance. The Prague opera house tell me the venue was sold out weeks ago. So why are they still selling tickets?
