I ordered 4 tickets to see some Mahler in June. I received an email offering a refund due to Covid to which I responded with my bank details. Two months later, I was asked for an IBAN code (I am not familiar with these but obtained one from my bank and responded). Since then, I have still not received any communication (despite multiple emails) nor a refund. This is not a reputable firm.

Terrible organisation - event cancelled and no response whatsoever to our messages. No information at all from them about the cancellation and total silence from them regarding a refund of our money paid up front. They seem to be intent on just keeping our money and saying nothing in the hope that we will just go away. Avoid this incompetent and dishonest organisation at all costs! I would give them no stars if I could.

I ordered two tickets for Simon Boccanegra in September 2020, Vienna Classic charged my credit card 645 euros but sent me no tickets yet. This was over two weeks ago even though they say they deal with requests within three days. Extremely incompetent so far. I would give them no stars at all unless they answer my emails and send me those tickets.
