Hyvä palvelu, hyvät tuotteet, tulevat nopeasti. Tilaukset Klarnan kautta onnistuneet loistavasti, ei ongelmaa. Kun tilasin tuoraan verkkomaksulla, tilasta ei ikinä tullut. Kun otin yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun, he vastasivat nopeasti, laittoivat tilauksen uusintana. Tämäkään ei tullut koskaan perille. Nyt tilasin taas Klarnan verkkopankkimaksulla, tilaus tuli muutamassa päivässä. Teknisistä ongelmista huolimatta, tulen tilaamaan jatkossakin.

Ilmoitti heti, kun tuotetta oli taas saatavilla.

Aikoinaan kaipaamaani tuotetta ei ollut saatavissa. Jätin tiedon toiveestani. Ja nyt kun tuotetta oli saatu, Koro lähetti heti tiedon. Tilaus sujui hyvin.
