After ordering, a sales representative calls you up to ask which specific model of the vehicle you have, as many vehicles comes in different wheelbases, door configurations etc, so they called to ask about details.
I clicked on the ad cause they had a promo code and now was the right time to order, but since that code isn't something they provide to you in any email and the code needs to be entered manually, I forgot to enter it and lost the discount. I wish the code was either automatically entered, or you would automatically get the discount when clicking a link in a newsletter.
Another thing, which in this case is out of their control, is the delivery time from UPS/Norway Postal Service that keeps changing. I think 4th of july was the first date, then the 5th, then it was the 6th and now the 6th or 7th of July.
I think even PostNord is a better alternative than UPS in this case.
