I have ordered from Bono several times now and every time something is wrong. The first package was very poorly packaged and I got an unacceptable explanation about it. The second was delayed several times without updates and the third I was supposed to get a face roller but it was replaced with expiring hair vitamins for 3 euros instead of the value of the roller (around 30 euros), with another excuse that it was damaged in shipment to Bono. Will not use again and put my money elsewhere, the goods I did receive are good hence two stars.
