3 winter Tyre in the same rotation way
First it took 3weeks to receive the wheel and second, I order 4 winter tyre and 3 of them were in the same rotation way!!!
I had to go in a garage and pay for someone to put one tyre in the good way. I lost an afternoon to find someone who make that!!

Hello,
we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Waiting three weeks for the wheel and then receiving the tyres mounted in the wrong rotation direction is absolutely frustrating. We understand how annoying it must have been to spend extra time and money at a garage to fix something that should have been correct from the start.
This clearly does not match our quality standards. We take your feedback seriously and will review this internally to prevent mounting and inspection errors like this in the future.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
