I love Nordic Nest. Such wonderful items and choice, good savings at times too.‘I would give 5 stars apart from every now and again the delivery of items are delayed and delayed and delayed again. I find that frustrating and disappointing. It has happened twice to me, I am still currently waiting delivery of 2 items for the same reason.

I placed an order for delivery to my home. The delivery did not come to my home. Two items were as promised and I am happy with them. One item, a glass food storage container had a part of the lid broken. You sent a replacement. This replacement was not delivered to my home either. The replacement had a similar problem with a broken lid. I requested credit. It was received. Your customer service was good. Some items were good. Others were broken either during shipping or before they were shipped. Watch your stock for problems AND prepare the shipping boxes so items do not get broken during shipping. Thank you.

Not great - I would have given 5 stars for the…

I would have given 5 stars for the products I purchased, however I can't as they were rolling around in a box that was 5 or 6 times larger than needed with no padding or bubble wrap - they had also come out of the protective plastic bags as these weren't sealed. It was a miracle that they weren't damaged in transit. Nordic Nest you need to communicate this to your packers. Very poorly packaged.

My extra large egg shape terrarium is wonderful and my ginseng ficus microcarpa looks magnificent in it!! It was delivered in exceptionally quick time and in perfect condition. Thank you.

Good service but poor products this time round

I buy quite often from Nordic Nest and have always been really pleased. This time round I bought a relatively expensive item of furniture which was delivered damaged. Nordic Nest quickly arranged a replacement which has also been delivered damaged. In fairness to Nordic Nest, both items look to have been damaged before they left the manufacturers so it might be time to stop selling that particular brand Still waiting on a resolution though but hopefully this will be sorted soon

Excellent products.

Having purchased from Nordic Nest for the first time Christmas 2025 and being very pleased with everything I ordered and the way it is run I would recommend it fully. One item was not available at that moment so was promised to be notified when it did and that promise was fulfilled. Personally a very good place to buy very good products at very sensible prices.

Beautiful Items - Fast Delivery

I bought a couple of Christmas decorations at fairly short notice and was really pleased to receive them quickly. The items were fragile and came well packaged and in perfect condition. The 2 nutcrackers—nicknamed Otto and Wolfgang - were much admired, and we were sorry to put them away when the holidays ended.

The products and responsiveness of customer service are excellent. I was disappointed that to ship to the US they use FedEx which resulted in a mafia style shakedown to collect tariffs only after the package was delivered. The fees were double what they should have been because fed ex also has an enormous brokerage fee. And since the package was delivered I had no choice but to pay. Even if I’d returned the lamp I’d still have had to pay. Using the post would make that so much easier. The tariffs would have been collected up front with a much more reasonable brokerage fee.

You get to speak with an actual person when ringing Customer Services, a comparative rarity in the age of chatbots. This person is happy to deal with your specific enquiry, unlike a chatbot restricted to FAQs, which never provide a personalised service. They are good size. Do a good job in grinding salt and pepper. But not terribly efficient and effective for grinding other things such as egg shells. Also the wooden adjusting wheal at the top for the coarseness is a bit too close to the bottle making it difficult to grab and turn. Other then that they are very good for salt and pepper grinding.

Excellence in staff assistance

The products are beautiful but it was the outstanding customer service that I received from your staff member, Cassy, that has left such a glowing impression of your store. Cassy made the experience feel like I was connecting with a caring friend rather than a cold transactional experience. She was helpful and kind and communicative with follow through regarding my initial order that went to the wrong place, and it was because of her that I ended up as a repeat customer. I hope that you never go down the path of AI assistants because this human connection is what differentiates you from the rest. I love Nordic Nest, but…

I love Nordic Nest because I can get all my Swedish (and Scandinavian) homewares and furniture there (despite now living in the UK), but the delivery times are often unnecessarily long and it’s very expensive.

Great choice of Nordic style products, especially candles that are hard to source. Shipping a bit slow as not a UK based company but reliable and always well package. A shame you don’t have Georg Jensen candles which I have bought from you in the past. Hopefully you will stock them in future
