Great products at a good price . My only concern is that I have only bought Georg Jensen from them which always comes well packed in their own primary boxes, but then NN put those loose / no support in a bigger postage box. So I would be nervous buying any cheaper fragile products , or from a company that does not have good primary packaging . May get damaged / break? That said maybe NN would pack better?

Love the variety of stylish items I have used the site on several occasions over the years from Xmas decorations to lights, candles etc for my home. Great source for design classics not available on the high street.

I used the website several times both for items in stock and things on back order. I find this a serious retailer, who delivers on its promise. The selection of items is aligned with my taste…And this is why I am a return customer.

The items I bought are beautifully crafted the baking tray is made from extremely good quality stainless steel. The cast iron pot looks great, the downside is that it easily stains when cooking food using and the stains do not come out even after being soaked. I would love to give them a higher score but the fact that the cast iron pot stains so easily makes the dish look dirty.

I’ve ordered from Nordic Nest several times and everything arrived without a scratch! Even the glass items! Great quality as well… Shipping sometimes takes a bit longer, so make sure you check if the items are already in stock!

I had been shopping with Nordic Nest over five years now and I only wish I knew them earlier. We bought from display accessories to kitchen utensils and all the purchases were delivered well. Even in one random case when the item came broken, customer service took care of it pretty quickly and offered outstanding service. Unfortunately I needed to return some items due to them not matching other furnishings but the online team have been very helpful with the returns process. The original ordering was also easy and trouble free ☺️

Excellent customer service. Parcel was lost in transit but Nordic nest team was responsive and issued a new order and refunded postage straight away Excellent blanket. Great value.

I like the quality of the very small stainless steel pot. It has been really good to use for heating milk and other foods. The only thing I'd change in the design, is give this pan a small single handle, not the two handles. It's too small to pick up with size.

Love products from Nordic nest and also service,which is great,everything is packaged so good so no mishaps with glass being broken etc,but on the downside,I really don’t like when I put items in my basket to purchase at a later date,ie even a couple of days later and they’ve put the price up,and not by jst pennies,example I put a vase that wasn’t on sale in my basket for £146.00 and 3 days later it was in my basket for £199.00 and it happens every single time,so this time I went to another retailer and paid £141.00,so Nordic nest sort this out please.

Pricing and shipping! Very poor customer service communication. Don't advertise products you don't have readily available to ship. Make return s easier for UK customers!! I returned an item, had to pay the shipping and wasn't refunded back! I don't think i will be shopping with you in future! I still haven't received an order i placed months ago!!

The customer service is impeccable. If something arrives broken they immediately send a new one. It happened to me a couple of times, so I always feel safe when I order with Nordic Nest.

I love Nordic Nest. Such wonderful items and choice, good savings at times too.‘I would give 5 stars apart from every now and again the delivery of items are delayed and delayed and delayed again. I find that frustrating and disappointing. It has happened twice to me, I am still currently waiting delivery of 2 items for the same reason.

Nordic Nest team was very professional and courteous when addressing our concerns about ordering over a long distance. I placed an order for delivery to my home. The delivery did not come to my home. Two items were as promised and I am happy with them. One item, a glass food storage container had a part of the lid broken. You sent a replacement. This replacement was not delivered to my home either. The replacement had a similar problem with a broken lid. I requested credit. It was received. Your customer service was good. Some items were good. Others were broken either during shipping or before they were shipped. Watch your stock for problems AND prepare the shipping boxes so items do not get broken during shipping. Thank you.

I would have given 5 stars for the products I purchased, however I can't as they were rolling around in a box that was 5 or 6 times larger than needed with no padding or bubble wrap - they had also come out of the protective plastic bags as these weren't sealed. It was a miracle that they weren't damaged in transit. Nordic Nest you need to communicate this to your packers. Very poorly packaged.

After an initial issue with an order being undelivered by the postal company, the second order came directly to my daughters house. She absolutely loves the product.

Lovely products BUT delivery charge is high and is erratic - often delivered hours away from the allocated time slot or left in an unsecured place
