Dear Ella, Thank you so much for the kind words about our speed - that means a lot to us! 🙏 You raise a fair point, and we completely understand where you're coming from. Our certificates are issued by fully IMC-registered doctors and contain all the information legally required on an Irish medical certificate, no more, no less. The format is intentionally clean and standardised, which can look different to what some people expect from a traditional GP cert. That said, your feedback is genuinely useful! We're always looking at how we can make the certificate feel as familiar and reassuring as possible while staying within the required format. If you ever have any trouble with your employer accepting it, our support team is here to help straight away.
