Goods never arrived. I paid.. Rendl still have my money and do not reply to any emails or pick up phone... this is 5 months ago!!!

Do not buy from Rendl. They did not deliver the items on time so i asked for a refund. They did not reply. I have been emailing them since Aug 22 and they have not replied to anything and none of the phone numbers on their website are picked up. I have chased them also by facebook and using the form on their website - ZERO answer... They owe me £504. plus UPS charged me for tax on this delivery... when i didn't pay it they sent debt collectors after me so i have had to pay this invoice as well. Rendl... never trust.
