Review summary
Customers consistently praise the wallet for its high quality, durability, and craftsmanship. The practical and compact design, along with features such as coin holders, ample card capacity, and modern minimalist aesthetics, are highly appreciated. Many users value the customization options, allowing them to tailor the wallet to their preferences. Fast and efficient delivery is commonly reported, and customer service is often described as helpful and friendly. Some customers experience issues with specific parts like elastic bands and note minor usability concerns. While the price is justified for some by the wallet's quality, others find both the wallet and replacement parts expensive. A few customers report delayed or missing orders, and there are occasional complaints about the returns and refunds process.

The perfect wallet for me
I've had the Aviator wallet for over 5 years now and still very happy with it. I had to replace the elastic band for the second time last month. Quite normal since there's wear and tear on the band from being in my pocket.
But it's the ideal wallet for me since it's compact and that's what I was looking for.

Quality is great, perfect service and delivery
The service is great. Delivery quickly. The product is great. You can order a preset for the number of cards (I use it for 7 cards) but you can change it when you've more cards by adjusting the screws. I like the design. Reducing the number of coins I carry with me in the case is much better than searching in a big pocket.

I’ve had the wallet for about 2 weeks now and it’s great so far. I have 12 cards in it and some loose change—definitely recommend it. I just hope the product quality lasts.

All-in-one !
I've been using minimalist pull-tab wallets for a long time, mostly in leather. But when I stumbled upon the Aviator website, I was immediately won over by the solid and practical design. More durable than leather, more customizable, and above all, very practical! Thanks to the whole team :-)

Cost of replacement parts is quite high. especially in the elastic band. Why no lifelong guarantee on those parts ?

Thank you for your feedback and for raising this question.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all aluminum, titanium, and carbon fiber parts. Parts like the elastic band or screws are replaceable parts that naturally wear over time with regular use, which is why they are handled separately, as also stated on our website. We have kept the cost of these replacement parts as low as possible, so keeping your wallet in great shape stays affordable.
If you have any questions about replacement parts or anything else, please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime, they are always happy to help.

Bulky, no fast access facility
Was more bulky that expected (Airtag) and not as convenient for fast card access as my Exentri. Will not be my daily carry unfortunately

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your honest impressions.
We are sorry to hear that the wallet, especially with the AirTag holder, felt bulkier than expected and that the card access was not as fast and convenient for you compared to what you were used to. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to size and handling, and we take this kind of comparison seriously as it helps us keep improving our products.
If you would like to explore other options that might suit your daily carry better, please feel free to reach out to our support team anytime, they are always happy to help.
