I completed this test a few weeks ago, and was very pleased with the process. There are no additional fees or membership. No sales pitches, or marketing emails, and they do not ship out a test kit, so that eliminates higher costs of shipping and materials. I put my sample in a snack size ziplock bag, printed the test form, and mailed them in an envelope with a regular stamp. I got my results a few weeks later via email and I was impressed by the educational information included to explain the results. I have always been skeptical of a hair test, so i decided to do this one at the same time I was doing a blood sensitivity test (which is way more expensive). My hair results lined up with my blood results, which gives me peace of mind to use a hair test going forward and save money.

Things that I know I’m sensitive to are not listed and things I eat all the time without any problem we’re listed as sensitive same with my husband and my dog. Just not sure it’s a very accurate test. It was hard to decipher the results as well

Results took a while and have to contact

There is a problem with getting results. I waited a month and had not gotten an email, I downloaded the app and checked frequently, nothing! I finally used the chat, and they quickly found my results that had been ready for 2 weeks! Result were interesting to see! I thought more would have shown up, but I did see things I was sensitive to that I had no idea!

Needs Improvement

The results were, in my opinion, incomplete. I had three reports done for my family; each one said "no results" in significant categories. Too many pages that made this seem like a full report yet they were canned messages stuffed into the report. Very little attention to interpretation is confusing and, I think, produces a useless report.

There are things I know that my family and I are allergic to that didn't show up on our reports which makes me doubt the legitimacy of the results. When I contacted the company and complained they said it stated that it isn't an allergy test when I bought it. So much for a satisfaction guarantee! I attached a screenshot of what I saw when purchasing and no where does it state that allergies won't show up in this report.

Not sure how accurate the test are

Things that I know I’m sensitive to are not listed and things I eat all the time without any problem we’re listed as sensitive same with my husband and my dog. Just not sure it’s a very accurate test. It was hard to decipher the results as well

The shipping it to you in a zip-lock bag makes you think it's bogus. How much could a bag and instructions cost to make? The app needs work as well. I don't know how much I trust the results.

Results Not really Useful, Did Not Catch a Known Sensitivity

I don't find the results useful. It's a long list of foods and numbers and nebulous "reactions" which could be anything or nothing at all. It's also not accurate. For instance, I have a very acute physical reaction to the slightest bit of caramel color but the results showed no sensitivity to caramel color at all. Then I have a 100% reaction score to pineapple, which I eat all the time with no probem. It would be a great resource if the results were valid, but I don't think they are.

I think they sent a made up results. They came immediately after they received my sample ( it was supposed to take a bit 2 days after they receive it) and the results showed was sensitive to things that I know I am not sensitive to and didn't show that I was sensitive to the things that I know I am.

My expectations not exceeded My hope was I'd have a huge list of things I'm sensitive to, msg, aspartame are known migraine triggers maybe because I do not consume those didn't show. I'm thankful I bought it on sale no hormone, not digestive at all. Would I do it again no. Would I recommend no.

You need to send a kit with packaging to send back. Making us provide everything. I didn't have a printer to send back the paperwork and sample. I gave up. You have my money and I have nothing. I would like a refund but I know that will never happen.
