Keep customers more timely posted about delay in delivery of pre-ordered items, whose availability is being moved one quarter at a time. It is quite ennoying to purchase items, and having no firm commitment about delivery. when longer delays are unavoidable, give a money bonus to the buyer for any further month of delay after first quarter. It would be just fair.

CARMODEL IS GREAT a very big variety of models prices are in the market range but they have some good promotions which are appealing a fantastic service ,very fast and very very courteous a stop ordering ready made models in Portugal and only buy from you and a competitor of yours (but you have the lion share my only two suppliers thanks for your kin attention in all the time i have been buying from you i thing that you could try convince some of your suppliers is to produce (in 1/18 ) the Shadow Can Am car and F1 the ARROWS more PAN-AMERICANA models but i know that it is not in your hands ,but sometines a kik would help
