I ordered a print from Art Photo Limited and I'm very happy with the print, however, I'm very disappointed with the framing quality. As soon as I opened the box and unwrapped the frame, all the pins on one side of the frame in the back fell off. These are the pins that are meant to keep the backing in place. I tried to fix it and they were impossible to put back and have them stay in. Also, when I hung it, the frame does not stay flush on the wall, instead it comes off the wall on one side. I wish I had not ordered the frame and just had it framed separately somewhere else, which is what I will end up doing anyway. The frame was a waste of money.

I would have liked a smaller version of the photo I bought but I didn't see that as an option.
The final product arrived exactly when promised, was carefully packaged, and was of very goo quality.

Please note I love the pictures, great quality and exactly what I wanted. The only problem was I knew I was on a U.S. web site but it didn’t say I was paying in US dollars which I did then I also had to pay duty. There was no mention of this on the website. this was a shock to me. Please be more clear on the pricing for international customers

The 1st Oder was cancelled due to picking a frame that did not ship to Canada. I then did get an email advising. It would have been better to have the restriction listed when choosing, the frame or an email before cancelling the order to give a chance to rectify.
