The worst delivery service i've ever seen. The product was travelling to Bulgaria (so within EU), and it took about 1 week to reach the country. After about another 3 days i got an email from the someone (turned out to be the courier service). "Hello, we have a package for you but odnt have your phone number. " That's it, no into no clarification no nothing. After getting to the bottom and realising that it is a legit courier i gave them the number (same day). 3 days later another courier rep wrote to me, this time with the other details saying that they have my package but dont have my number. I told them taht the number was provided to their coleague a week earlier but gave it to them again. ONE WEEK LATER i receive a phonecall from a random phone at 10 am on oa working day, hi i have your package i'm downstairs... no prior messages or agreed date of delivery nothing. Obviously no one was home and i rescheduled for the next day for 10 am. And of course he arrived not on the agreed time but like ab hour early. Thankfully i managed to get the parcel in the end, unfortunatelly mi kid literally grew out of the age that it is intended for. In case the delivery company didnt know, small babies grow and change very fast. So although your company has good products and reputation i will not be ordering anything again if it comes thorugh the same courier service.

I like a lot the product and the offer, all the toys are very well designed to develop the baby’s skills and abilities. I don’t give 5 stars only because I find it still a bit expensive compared to what I would ideally pay.
