Delayed and very expensive postage plus a lack of communication confirming when my order shipped. Products purchased were a fair price but import costs to the UK will stop me buying here again.

For two weeks now, I have been waiting for the delivery of my order. In the account, it indicated as "completed." I wrote to the contact email and through the feedback form but have not received any answer. I called by phone too. No communication with me from the company after payment! UPD: I've received my order. Everything was fine except communication and unpredictable time frame for delivery.

I made an order of 4 2euro coins. One of them had a mark on it, that doesn't response to the uncirculated condition. I send them also a photo. The official answer was that they will send me another one when I place a future order. What about if I don't want?? They must be more careful about the coins they pick and send. I don't want to make any future order

There is no update on the progress of the order. If they have prepared it and sent it, or if there is any problem or delay
