I placed an order more than 2 months ago and have not receive it yet!3 times i was informed about the delay, one by email twice by phone and they asked me if i wanted to cancel the order and if not, how i would pay for the order as if the system did not seem that i had chosen cash on delivery as a payment method.I am very unhappy and i must say this is the second time i have tried to order a barber chair.The first time the barber chair i chose seemed to be available, however they informed me that it was wrong and in the end it was not available and that is why i had to cancel the order.The second time i ordered it was a pre-order and it looked like an estimated delivery date of July 21 and i am still waiting 2 months later!In the meantime i made a small order with cash on delivery and it came normally.I don't understand what's wrong with the delivery of barber chairs..
