Really good transaction; first time I’ve done a cross border purchase from Poland to the UK, but the Easy team sorted it really well and my new Bluedrive K kayak motor was here within just a few days - much quicker than I expected and without any issues with customs or taxes. Messaging and updates were received throughout. Really impressed and would highly recommend for good pricing and/or the availability of many items you can’t find in the UK.

Great experience with this shop 🤙 I ordered the wrong board size (my fault 😅), but the team handled everything perfectly. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and always quick to reply. They sorted out the return without any hassle and helped me get the right board for the new season. Not a small thing when you’re dealing with boards and shipping across countries. Excellent experience with Easy Surf Shop. The paddle board arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had a small issue with the pump pressure gauge, and their customer service was outstanding — quick response, very polite, and they sent a replacement without any hassle. I m vwry satisfied for every report about my order and the time that it will take to have what i bought , i felt a bit dissapointed when you told me that some of the stuff is in warehouse and it will take 10 to 15days till you have ., thats because its my first time im buying from shops from another country i guess .

Everything worked out just fine, the shipping took a bit longer as it was coming from Poland to Austria, but that's Ok, the price-performance ratio was good and that's wjat mattered to us. If we need more surf gear, we'll definitely consider Easy Surf shop again!

I tried to get the kit I needed in the UK, but was waiting weeks for the delivery to ship. I got it from Easy Surf in days, and saved hundreds of pounds. A shame to not shop in the UK - I know how hard it is for retailers at the moment, but I needed the kit for a trip.

Probably one of the best Surf shops in Europe. And very good customer service.. always fast to give advice and very helpful. They have all the big brands. The service is great, the prices are great, the people on the chat are great. The only thing that disappointed me was when I took out my new Tabou Air ride 81 MTE from the packaging, which was well packed and without damage.I found a tiny hole on the bottom of the board that I couldn't take a picture of with my phone to prove it existed, so I fixed it myself with epoxy and stuck one of the stickers I got on it, now it looks ok.

I recently received my new JP R-Winger Pro Edition 80L from Easy Surf Shop and I’m absolutely thrilled. The board’s build quality, finish and performance are outstanding, exactly what I expected from JP. Once again, Easy Surf Shop delivered perfect service: fast shipping, excellent packaging and great communication throughout the process. This is already the fourth board I’ve bought from them – and always JP – which says a lot about the trust I have in both the brand and the shop. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top gear and truly professional customer service.

Ordered a V-Footstrap. Right after placing the order I thought that I should have ordered another one for my other board and so I placed a second order right after the first. EasySurfShop emailed me to ask whether this was done on purpose or whether I did the second order by mistake. When I answered that I forgot to order two right away, I immediately got the postage fees for the second order refunded. Very kind and nice from EasySurfShop. Great communication too. I'm very pleased with their service.

Wow! That was all blazing fast! EasySurfShop together with UPS is a magic duo that deliver within a day from Poland to Northern Germany. Yesterday packed and invoiced, this evening received. You need to know that the items must be in their store at place. If its in the warehouse it always takes around 7 working days before they can ship. But this is mentioned in the shop at every item. I have ordered 3 items, one was deliverable immediately, the other 2 were at the other warehouse. Anyway, after asking if they can send me the one wing now and the others when they arrive they have splited the order in two and sent me the one wing immediately (which arrived within a day) and the other took some time. But this was super ok. We had a fast and responsive communication with the very friendly support and all went well! This is how user friendly support looks like! :) About the great prices we dont need to talk, cant find my Wingfoil stuff cheaper anywhere around! Thanks gals and guys from EasySurfShop, you are doing great!

Very helpfull staff. Had some problems with the delivery and did not get support from the postal service but staff from Easy Surf did great job to sort this out, even if they did not cause the problem.

Ordered a Duotone wing 4.0m, but unfortunately when I got the order complete I noticed I'd ordered the wrong size, don't know whether that was my fault or not (there is an issue with the site that it won't accept UK as a destination country, but England is OK). I immediately got in touch and the order was corrected quickly and easily.

They are probably the best windsurfing Internet boutique in Europe.. best organised good products and all so very helpful if you have any problems Jacob Denmark

il mio primo acquisto, ho avuto difficoltà perchè il sito non è in italiano. Purtroppo non si può pagare tramite paypal e questo è una cosa abbastanza fastidiosa. Comunque, tutto lo staff risponde velocemente via mail ed è sempre gentile e disponibile. Il pacco è stato spedito velocemente, è arrivato in Sardegna in pochi giorni. Ottimo Imballaggio. Consiglio a tutti di acquistare in questo sito.

I ordered a windsurfer fin. My local country’s Customs impounded it due to suspicions of contraband. I contacted Easy Surf and they were wonderful. They responded to the questions raised by Customs and enabled me to receive my fin. I could not wish for better.

Not fun buying a mast — it’s kind of like buying a washing machine: so boring, but you need it. So it’s great when there’s still a shop in Europe that has the right mast, and at a good price too. Shipped quickly — three days later it was in Stockholm, Sweden — thanks! Then it got annoying that UPS in Sweden doesn’t work at all; the mast just disappeared, and it took a whole week to find out where it had gone after arriving in Stockholm. So top marks to Easy Surf Shop anyway !
