I ordered a sail on pre order late Jun. It was a bit of a risk because it's unsure when you get it. But they gave an estimate between the middle and end of July. They kept me well informed and I expect the sail just before the end of the month. And of course it was a pretty good deal for a 2026/2027 sail. 10% discount and reduced delivery costs. Good item, poor customer service
I am basically satisfied with the product I received. However, I am not satisfied with the order fulfillment. When I made the purchase, they promised a 1-day shipping deadline, which turned into 1 week, but even then it was because I asked when the package would be shipped. Then when the package arrived, I received an opened one with no paddle in it. I had to file a complaint several times before I got a response. Fortunately, it was resolved positively. They promised to send the missing piece by post the next day. This has not happened since, although I was promised the next day delivery again.
