When there was a problem with breakage by the courier’s rough handling, the Browin team resolved it quickly and well. I have only been impressed with Browin’s service, range and prices and have been using them a number of years now.

Package was broken in transit and returned to sender before I got it. Apparently some kind of automatic handling of the matter just made a refund of the money. It would have been nice to get the option to get a new package instead.... In this case I had to make a new order and therefore pay for delivery once again..... And sadly no help whatsoever was to be found in customer "service".... Not impressed.
