Easy to use website and plenty of choices. Good value even with the postage cost which Dora seem a little high. However items arrived promptly and as described. Packaging was very robust and courier obviously took good care of my parcel...
Le site est facile à utiliser et il y a beaucoup de choix. Bon rapport qualité/prix, même si les frais de port semblent un peu élevés. Les articles sont cependant arrivés rapidement et conformément à la description. L'emballage était très solide et le coursier a manifestement pris soin de mon colis...

The customer provided incorrect information in the order. Upon requesting correction, they provided us with the amended details. Currently, they are requesting a 0% VAT invoice, which, considering the order fulfillment and document issuance, presents a rather problematic situation. Naturally, we have the option to make the correction, as we have proposed. This Situation is extremely unpleasant for us... we did not make the mistake. :(
