Furniture built around my space
I loved the design process, it’s great when you can customise your furniture to your needs. My bookcase looks and feels premium, it elevated my living space. Customer service was very helpful when there was a hiccup with the delivery. I would recommend Tylko without hesitation and wish I knew about them earlier. Thank you!
Avoid at all cost.
We have decided to give Tylko second chance after horrible experience last year (3months delayed shipping, no communication, several parts were defected, took for months to get replacements), but we were assured by several people that this was just an exemption and could not happen again.
This time the delivery was on time, but again few parts of a bookshelf are defected. We have a tall and heavy bookshelf in our living space that we cannot fix to the wall, which creates huge danger to our small children. Tylko team does not seem to feel the urgency or need to get this resolved quickly.
Save yourself time and energy and look for something else
