I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Tylko! I ordered a sideboard and two bedside tables – and I’m completely satisfied. The delivery even arrived a week earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the furniture is outstanding: well-crafted, sturdy, and a real eye-catcher. I was especially impressed by how easy the assembly was! The instructions are well thought out, clearly structured, and make the setup almost enjoyable. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered at Tylko. Design, materials, functionality – everything is just right. I would order again in a heartbeat and can wholeheartedly recommend Tylko!

I loved the design process, it’s great when you can customise your furniture to your needs. My bookcase looks and feels premium, it elevated my living space. Gestern kam mein viertes Möbelstück gut hier an. Die personalisierte Aufbauanleitung hat es mir wie jedes Mal sehr einfach gemacht - tatsächlich habe ich den Schrank wieder alleine aufgebaut ohne Probleme! Nachmittags um fünf Uhr war alles fertig, auch die Verpackungen (16 Pakete) lagen da schon im Auto, bereit zur Entsorgungsfahrt. Was mir sehr gut gefällt: die Entwurfmöglichkeiten, die Farbauswahl, die gute Qualität, der einfache personalisierte Aufbau, die sehr sehr sichere Verpackung, die zum allergrößten Teil aus Karton besteht! Was noch verbesserungswürdig wäre: - der Zeitabstand, bis endlich der Versand startet; da sollte man tatsächlich noch fast 2 Wochen dazurechnen - der Kundenkontakt bei Problemen (ich hatte beim vorigen Schrank eine Reklamation, es gab leider so einige Ansprechpartner statt nur einem (viele Missverständnisse, Dinge, die umsonst zu mir geschickt worden sind), das hat die Freude an den Möbeln dann doch zeitweise geschmälert Ich habe damals ein Regal bei meiner Ärztin gesehen und war angesteckt - ich empfehle Tylko ohne Vorbehalt weiter!

I am insanely satisfied with my Tylko shelf. Everything worked out perfectly - from the simple online order, to the super delivery. There were also regular updates on my order and delivery. Also the people of the forwarding company were top - friendly, fast, tidy. And the individual assembly instructions for my specially made shelf to my own measurements was tip top. Easy to understand and so totally easy to set up the shelf yourself. I am also delighted with the great quality of all boards, screws, plug-in connections. The shelf will really survive many decades well and can certainly master some relocations well. Nothing breaks out during dismantling and holds stable. From me a clear 5 out of 5 star rating! Would immediately shop at Tylko again and am already considering upgrading my wardrobe to a Tylko :)

The piece of furniture I ordered looked exactly like the design and it fits perfectly in my small living room. It was impressively easy to both design online and build in real life, think IKEA but 10x easier and faster. All pieces come numbered and the building instructions are customized to your specific design. I was truly impressed. It did take a couple of weeks longer than expected to receive it (I would improve communication on that), but all in all it was all very simple, straight forward and successful.

Our second time buying from Tylko and we weren’t disappointed! Wait time for the product was quite long but we’d ordered a hefty amount of wardrobe space so that was to be expected. We had the assembly option and have to say it was a seamless experience. The fitters turned up when they said they would, they were friendly, tidy and professional and the finished product looks fantastic. Thank you Tylko and your installation team!

We are very pleased with our beautiful bookshelf from Tylko. The quality is excellent, the instructions for assembling it were super easy and very logical! No screws or nails, just click it together! Everything was delivered even faster than initially promised. We will shop here again and can really recommend it.

We needed a coat closet that would fit perfectly into our unusually sized space while offering plenty of storage—and Tylko seemed like the only brand up for the challenge. Turns out, they absolutely nailed it. We’re really impressed with the color, the quality, and how surprisingly easy it was to put everything together. We couldn’t be happier!

Great service, high quality products and a really marvellous system to assemble the furniture. Delivery was at the beginning of the period of time announced from the very beginning and on spot at the day which I was told.

Avoid at all cost. We have decided to give Tylko second chance after horrible experience last year (3months delayed shipping, no communication, several parts were defected, took for months to get replacements), but we were assured by several people that this was just an exemption and could not happen again. This time the delivery was on time, but again few parts of a bookshelf are defected. We have a tall and heavy bookshelf in our living space that we cannot fix to the wall, which creates huge danger to our small children. Tylko team does not seem to feel the urgency or need to get this resolved quickly. Save yourself time and energy and look for something else
