Review summary
Customers frequently praise the fast and reliable delivery, the high quality of most products, and the helpful, responsive customer service. The diverse and specialized product range, especially for teaching, is highly appreciated, as are the unique items available. Many find both the products and the website to be practical, clear, and user-friendly. Secure and well-packed shipments, along with easy and efficient returns and replacements, also contribute to overall satisfaction. Some customers have experienced occasional delivery delays or issues with shipping partners, and a few have noted problems with specific items or their durability. There are also isolated reports of delayed customer service responses. While packaging is generally positive, some customers mention damaged goods, excessive waste, or insufficient protection. Minor suggestions for improving website usability have also been raised.

Everything went well.
I ordered a product and it arrived. What more am I supposed to rate?
I don't want to be constantly reminded of the "pending review." I found it intrusive. Asking once is enough. Voluntariness.

Prompt delivery.
Prompt delivery and quality improvement:
I had the same rolling suitcase, the previous model, for many years, and was now delighted that the current model was not significantly more expensive but improved: no longer tips over with heavy loads, more compartments, thoughtful organization,…
When my old suitcase became so defective that I could no longer use it, but urgently needed a new one, the new one arrived within a few days.
Would always order again!

Very beautiful article
The document case has a perfect finish. It is beautiful and functional. It seems robust, waterproof. It is exactly what I needed. The package arrived quickly and very well packed. Excellent value for money.

Everything fits, GREAT!
A question: Can something be returned? Unfortunately, I ordered twice.
If YES, to which address should I send it?
Thank you very much and best regards,
Angerer Elisabeth

I especially liked the uncomplicated return of an item that I had mistakenly ordered incorrectly.
I didn't like the repeated request for a review. If I want to leave a review, I'll do it after the first request, and if I don't want to, I won't do it after the third request either.

We bought crafting materials for our summer activity and want to make capes for superheroes from them. I have already tested it and found that the material is good for sticking and painting. However, you need to put a mat underneath. The delivery arrived in two days, which is always very important for us in case we need to reorder parts.

Excellent but burnt down
The order arrived promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately, my house in Obsteig burnt down a week ago. I might need to repeat some orders because I'm generally very satisfied.

Feedback
It's a pity that the promised delivery date for the gift voucher couldn't be met and the response only came after inquiry, stating that there was so much going on and therefore the order wasn't processed immediately. A more attractive design for the voucher or the possibility of an online printout of the voucher for immediate use would be, in my opinion, nicer.

Very good quality and very good delivery! I love that you have bags made from cork and apple leather. The bag made from green apple leather looks very nice. I also like when you have affordable offers. Definitely again!

The planner is in its slimmed-down version very light, yet still stable! Overall, it provides possibilities for all necessary overviews and schedules of a school year, making it very suitable for me! I am pleased with this practical companion!

Super easy website and simple order processing. Sent an email to the office with questions before the order and received an immediate response. Everything in delivery was as described. Delightful.

I have the Natura school planner for the second time and think it's great. It would be even better if there were also the primary school planner in the Natura form. It would also be useful to have more note pages and fewer class pages at the back.

Solid Reference Planners.
What I am missing are multiple teacher schedules. There is only a teacher schedule on the first double page, even though this planner is designed for three semesters.
Additionally, stickers with months for sticking would be practical. Other manufacturers offer this partially as a set or additional product.

Division of the pages
I like the division of the pages with the respective class because you can write a lot, and for small classes, it's even enough to fill every other line.
Additionally, I find the entire calendar handy and clear.

Shop very user-friendly...
I have been ordering the Timetext school planner for several years and am very satisfied with the division and quality at a fair price. The ordering process in the shop is very user-friendly.

"Loud rolling noises"
Everything went perfectly with the order.
I purchased the new Trolly "Pera Trend XXL" from you. I had already had very good experiences with the previous model.
What really bothers me about the new model is that the Trolly makes extremely loud "rolling noises" on slightly uneven surfaces. I only know such loud noises from "cheap products". The previous model was much more pleasant regarding rolling noises.
In the previous model, the extendable telescopic handle was also much more stable and, above all, longer. The handle on the new model is not optimal in length for tall people.
