I love shakes from Jake. It taste good, not too sweet and the flavours are nice. Structure is a little bit chewy ish and if the shake is too thick I just add extra water. Their bars are good too but I prefer the shakes. I only drink their shakes before I teach my sport class so I usually order when my stock almost runs out. The monthly subscription is handy but I need to drink more if I don't want to overstock.

Product is too sweet from Sucralose.
They list stuff as being in stock when its actually not. Then if you complain about the wrong info, they pretend that it is normal to say the product is in stock when it has not even been made.
The last straw was when they ignored my report that the product had arrived with a hole in the bag.

improove ordering procedure - offer sucralose free options
Less hiccups with ordering would be great.
Offer sucralose free meal options. Knowing quite a few ppl who are strictly against artificial sweeteners.
