The box is great, absolutely perfect for my kids for their costumes!
Unfortunately, the box came in a huge box with an incredible amount of stuffing material, a more efficient packaging would be desirable.

I appreciate when in the package, even with a single product, there is a thank-you card for the purchase. It may be a small detail, but it makes a difference :). I will definitely remember the shop and return.

Beautiful tooth box, prompt dispatch by the seller with DPD!\nBut unfortunately, DPD has become a totally sloppy deliverer (or the local subcontractors) :-(((.\nDPD took a whole ⚠️4 working days⚠️ to deliver to me.\n

Good day,\nThank you for the kind words – we are glad you liked it and that we could send the package quickly.\nWe sincerely apologize for the delay on the part of DPD. \nWe understand your frustration – four working days are definitely too long, and the quality of deliveries by the local subcontractors of the courier service is unfortunately sometimes inconsistent. \nWe will report this incident to DPD as a complaint regarding service quality to draw attention to it.\nWarm regards,\nCustomer Service 4kidspoint.de

Good price, fast delivery, only the package could be wrapped more tightly, as it was slightly torn despite the wrap, but it might have been damage during transport.

A lot of very useful information, the emails are very readable.
It is rare to encounter such a clear style of correspondence.
On the box, there's a sticker "Packed under camera," which probably minimizes any mistakes during the preparation of packages.
Great that the purchase is insured.
The package was securely packed and arrived quickly.
Nothing to add, nothing to take away.
