I like that I can find specific design pieces that I want for my home. Let's say I have a certain idea I want to achieve and I want just the right type of lighting to that area or spot, I'll find it here.
After purchasing 26 lights for a villa renovation 1 was faulty. I contacted customer service in response to a email asking me if I was “pleased with my purchase” and have heard nothing in response.
