Liked the fast response and the fact that the visual of the ordered product was sent for approval.
I asked for a slight modification shortly after receiving the visual. Despite my fast response the delivery was a day later than originally promissed. That is ok, but I would have warned the customer that they can only keep the original delivery date if no changes have to be made. Luckily it was still on time for our purpose and the product was very professionally made and safely wrapped & delivered. So I was overall satisfied but it could make the quality of the Services even higher

Jelenleg se híre se hamva, hogy egyáltalán Magyarországra megérkezett volna a termék. Karácsonyi ajándéknak szántam, bízom benne, hogy még megérkezik, ha nem akkor lesz még egy csillagos értékelés a goolge oldalon is.
I ordered a box of chocolate with a personal message and a photo, which was confirmed by the company.
The chocolate was okay, it was in a black box. However there wasn't a trace of my personal message and the photo on the cover.
I intended to give this personal and non-repeatable box of chocolate to someone who is dear for my heart. I had to make it myself.
I shouldn't have paid so much (6, 300 Forints + plus its delivery costs, 3. 300 Forints) for 6 pieces of bonbons in a simple box. It is simply incorrect.
I will never order anything from this shop.

A garantált kiszállítási nap helyett 3 nappal később érkezett meg a csomag. Ez egy kicsit negatívum számomra.
A termék minősége azt hozta, amire számítottam a képek alapján, ez tökéletes.

Szállítási idő nem valós!!!!
Sajnos az ígért szállítái idő az oldalon egyáltalán nem tartható. 2023.12.06-án adtam le rendelést, ami elvileg 12.12-ig megérkezett volna. The information bar mislead about the delivery date.
It constantly states that if you order in certain time remaining, you get your product in 2 days.
It wont happen!
Contacting the customer service you will get the answer that, they did their best and you can complain about the delay at the courier company!
Very poor customer service and organization!

The product haven't been arrived in time, however you garanted it. Then we were interested in its why we didn't get in time, but the answer was pathetic. We only got a link where we can followed the good, which we have already recieved an email from the delivery service. We have been waiting for the real aswer for 4 days.

Unreliable delivery
Banners like "If you order within X hours, it will be delivered by Thursday." make the impression that the product will arrive not later than Thursday. However it did not. Do not make promises if you cannot keep them.
