Website good, products excellent, good prices, prompt delivery. Only problem was FedEx paying the VAT when NO VAT was payable. Now being bombarded with emails demanding payment of VAT when all of the paperwork showing exemption was attached to the parcel.
But this is not the fault of Oxigi, (other than using FedEx)
Ordered extension oxygen hose for oxygen machine for COPD wife. It was meant to be delivered last week by DPD. On "Parcel Tracking" it showed the parcel as in transit yet returned to sender even though this house is occupied constantly 24 hrs a day and no "tried to deliver" note. I contacted Oxigo's chat room and Maxim assured me that the parcel was to be resent as Oxigo had received it back. Since then I have not heard a word or informed of what is happening.
The most efficient company I have had the pleasure to deal with. Even answered my emails at weekend evening.
