This was the 5th time in two years that I have done the fasting box. I find the experience fairly challenging until the 4th day, but very satisfying when you get to the end. I think one of the things I find hardest is the boredom of eating the same thing and not enjoying meals together with my family. Another challenge is the feeling that I have lost muscle strength. I’ve done classical dance at a high level most of my life, and it always takes me a week-10 days to get my strength back after a fast.

I've been doing the fasting box for a couple of years now. Here is some feedback: - It would be nice to change some of the soups, perhaps even share a couple of recipes as an alternative. - I would also recommend sharing a juice recipe (or two) as an alternative, like in the clinic. - Finally, I find the oils very difficult to consume. If I add them to the soup, I no longer enjoy the soup. The videos providing daily guidance could be a lot better. It's the same background music (which is not great) and I would recommend providing some more images to illustrate what's happening in the body, during the process of ketosis. I hope this is helpful.

Livraison un peu longue mais ça vaut l'attente. La box de jeûne 5 jours est très complète, les produits ont l'air de qualité et tout est super bien protégé ! Le livret est bien arrivé en français. Hâte de commence ma détox au printemps !

J’ai adoré la présentation de la box tout est beau bien présenté et bien pensé. Le livre est également très agréable. Les soupes sont très bonnes, tout comme les tisanes. Il serait agréable d’avoir des idées de recettes « types » en dehors du jeune et des 4 jours suivants.

It would be useful to know the expiring date of the lot in advance, as sometimes one cannot start using the products immediately after receiving the box.

I love this experience so much. I always have a kit for the next time at home. And it will be my 9th time doing it!

I particularly appreciated the way I completly forgot everything about food in my home and just focused on the fasting box from day 1 to day 9. Every step is clearly explained and is easy to follow. I will certainly repeat the experience in a few months.

J'ai fait une commande en ligne. Mon médecin venait de constater que mon taux de triglycérides avait brutalement augmenté, or, je suis suivie pour un diabète qui est stabilisé. J'avais déjà fait un jeûne par moi même il y a quelques années et je m'étais débarrassée d'une acidité gastrique dérangeante. Je me suis dit que ce serait bien de faire un jeûne thérapeutique avec suivi. Je ne peux pas me déplacer en ce moment, donc, j'ai été ravie en faisant une recherche sur le web de voir qu'on proposait un produit Buchinger à utiliser à la maison. Commande en ligne facile, avec toutes les explications, j'attends la livraison.

Supereasy to order, came in a couple of days. I've fasted many times before at Buchinger but have not had time to go this year. This is a great programme to do between visits to the clinic and nice to reset the body and mind for a few days

There us a problem with the BW App. This my fourth time foing it at home but the application does not work. I cannot register the measures. I have reboot and reinstall it but it still does work.
