This was the 5th time in two years that I have done the fasting box. I find the experience fairly challenging until the 4th day, but very satisfying when you get to the end. I think one of the things I find hardest is the boredom of eating the same thing and not enjoying meals together with my family. Another challenge is the feeling that I have lost muscle strength. I’ve done classical dance at a high level most of my life, and it always takes me a week-10 days to get my strength back after a fast.

Hello. The program is great. Super well explained. Comprehensive etc. What did not work for me is the app lack of flexibility when you add 3 days. As you sell that option you should have the ability to cater for it in the app. Now my tracking is all over the place which is a shame. An idea for improvement!

Les produits ne sont pas en cause. Mais le compte en ligne est une catastrophe. J’ai déjà commandé, j’ai un compte en ligne, j’ai été obligée de tout refaire, la base de données ne m’a pas retrouvé. C’est le bazar entre l’appli et le compte en ligne, pas de cohérence.

I've been doing the fasting box for a couple of years now. Here is some feedback: - It would be nice to change some of the soups, perhaps even share a couple of recipes as an alternative. - I would also recommend sharing a juice recipe (or two) as an alternative, like in the clinic. - Finally, I find the oils very difficult to consume. If I add them to the soup, I no longer enjoy the soup. The videos providing daily guidance could be a lot better. It's the same background music (which is not great) and I would recommend providing some more images to illustrate what's happening in the body, during the process of ketosis. I hope this is helpful.
