This was the 5th time in two years that I have done the fasting box. I find the experience fairly challenging until the 4th day, but very satisfying when you get to the end. I think one of the things I find hardest is the boredom of eating the same thing and not enjoying meals together with my family. Another challenge is the feeling that I have lost muscle strength. I’ve done classical dance at a high level most of my life, and it always takes me a week-10 days to get my strength back after a fast.

As you sell that option you should have the ability to cater for it in the app. Now my tracking is all over the place which is a shame. An idea for improvement!

I've been doing the fasting box for a couple of years now. Here is some feedback: - It would be nice to change some of the soups, perhaps even share a couple of recipes as an alternative.
- I would also recommend sharing a juice recipe (or two) as an alternative, like in the clinic.
- Finally, I find the oils very difficult to consume. If I add them to the soup, I no longer enjoy the soup.
The videos providing daily guidance could be a lot better. It's the same background music (which is not great) and I would recommend providing some more images to illustrate what's happening in the body, during the process of ketosis.
