Good communication and honest service Recently had major delivery issues but it was the problem of the postal service used. DHL was used for shipment but it ended up with local post service who could not deliver which is not ideal but Growmart intervened and assisted where they could.

Please do not ship Nematodes to Lithuania. We received them dead on arrival, some were outdated, Even after the second attempt that was free of charge. They should be shipped with a cold batteries or smth and have their expiration dates labels unripped off! + support was a bit weird, awkward, some arguments about not being able to process Address correctly. Honestly - not a pleasant experience unfortunately.
