The only thing I can suggest is a better looking web site, Everything else from customer services to ordering to postage is very good. I think the website could look more advanced and smarter as I find the website a bit bland and basic in regards to a lot of others but the company of GrowMart is awesome for everything my plant growing needs require and use. I will be ordering more from GrowMart in the future as I like the service I get when doing soo.
Please do not ship Nematodes to Lithuania. We received them dead on arrival, some were outdated, Even after the second attempt that was free of charge. They should be shipped with a cold batteries or smth and have their expiration dates labels unripped off! + support was a bit weird, awkward, some arguments about not being able to process Address correctly. Honestly - not a pleasant experience unfortunately.

Top service.
Good prices, secure checkout, prompt delivery to another EU country with the parcel well packed and in perfect condition on arrival.
What’s not to like?
Good communication and honest service
Recently had major delivery issues but it was the problem of the postal service used. DHL was used for shipment but it ended up with local post service who could not deliver which is not ideal but Growmart intervened and assisted where they could.

Nematodes dead on arrival.

Thanks for your honest review and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by this matter.
The item is still new in our inventory and we welcome your feedback. We try to keep stock for immediate shipment for no longer than 14 days and we keep the nematodes inside a fridge.
The manufacturer advised us that the nematodes can remain alive for about 30 days. And we also received the feedback that no cooling is necessary during transportation.
We check these assumption and keep the stock as fresh as possible. We will also look into further improvements to avoid problems in the future.
