The product was good, tyre changing stand/ConStands. Definitely works & great value for money. I use mine standing up, a bit like the expensive 'Rabaconda machine' otherwise you end up chasing it round the room as I don't have the facility to bolt it to the ground. My suggestion to ConStands/Motea would be to include a leg to be able to stand it up like a Rabaconda. Second suggestion is that the wheel rim support block nearest the bead breaker is almost at the edge of the tyre rim, I now use a block of wood to support the rim but it would be nice if the machine support was in the right place. I was initially concerned that I was giving money to a company I didn't know anytime about, however one week later the stand arrived & I'm happy. I would totally recommend this machine!

I was not impressed by the courier, who did not bother to read the instructions posted on the door to phone the number and someone would accept the parcel. I then had to take a day off work to wait for it to be delivered the next working day (2 days later), and wasted the whole morning. It would be better if a time frame for delivery was advised to allow for this.

Quick delivery, easy communication. I actually managed to speak to a real person here in UK when I had a problem. Improvements…better description of items, I bought some bag liners which were for my bike but they didn’t fit, not sure if that’s you or supplier ?

Excellent customer service, lots of update emails on my order. The motorbike bags are fabulous..so well made, better than I could have ever hoped for. They are a 40th birthday present for my boyfriend & he’s over the moon with them.

Comunication dificult but trusted. DHL lost my package but MOTEA send another one without waiting for DHL to complete their investigation. Very well done- Thank you. End up receiving both orders :)

Nice clear website. Delivery could have been faster but not sure if the parts were actually in stock or sourced after purchase.

We didn't hear anything from you between the order being prepared for despatch until the item was delivered to the front door.

Only suggestion would be it would be helpful to have an email contact address for queries or questions regarding orders etc.

The screws keep coming loose. It doesn’t close all the way to the ground had to put a locking mechanism on it.
