I ordered a coat here on December 21, but the company is based in Poland and only works with Gls for shipping. I live in Belgium and I placed the order thinking that my parcel would arrive before the holidays, but it is December 28 and the parcel is still in Poland. I am angry because of the slow delivery company.
However, I contacted customer service and told them I wanted to start the cancellation procedure. Iryna explained how it would take and tried to help me. Now I have no product and no refund. I have to wait for the product to be returned. It's too late to place a new order. It's a disappointment.
well i am loyal to Supersklep for some time , i ask for stickers all time and now i forgot but i was hoping there is already a note on my account that i want stickers with my products aswell , could we get that note on my account ? i will shop happily with you in future, the goods were perfect no issue with that

3rd week of waiting for my things
it's a shame i still don't have my order two weeks after making the purchase and btw paid for it in advance. Support is basically doing nothing to help me out just told me to hold on and wait. I'm honestly disappointed and am expecting some sort of compensation for the inconvenience they have put me through. If i don't get my stuff in a week's time I'm considering filing a lawsuit against the company and the courier that sent the package to the wrong city!

Ordered on 25th of May, today is 11th of June. I had to ask support what is happening and answear was to wait due to issues with courier. I am still waiting. In the meantime goods ordered from China at the same date are already with me.
