Wat beter kan:
Doe nou alles eens in de Nederlandse taal.
Ik lees en spreek behoorlijk Engels, maar ik vindt dat als er een product
in Nederland verkocht wordt, Nederlands geschreven en gesproken moet worden.
Bij de aflevering van de kleding, zit er een in het Nederlands geschreven kaartje bij.
Dus, het kan wel.
Ik weet toevallig van diverse personen, dat ze niets kopen bij No Excess,
omdat het in het Engels is geschreven.
Graag verandering.
Het haalt nieuwe klanten binnen.

My husband was already a customer, we made an online order only to find the return costs us money! I buy online every week and have never seen a costly return for 15 years ! A shame and you have lost a customer !

On our Webshop at the questions about the returns stays: "We have a return periond of 30 days within which you can send your package back to us free of charge*. = Applies only to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany.
Please note that there are return shipping fees for other countries, which we do not cover.
