The drawback is unequal treatment of customers in Germany and abroad with respect to PAYBACK points. Thery are credited only for orders with a delivery address in Germany. I am living in Azerbaijan and place orders with delivery to address in German (this is German warehouse of an international courier company that further dispatches parcels to Azerbaijan). However, despite this, yet I do not get PAYBACK points though I am a longstanding loyal customer who have spent hundreds or even thousands Euros for shopping at TeeGschwendner.de. I find it unfair.

The parcel was handed over to PostNL but took 3 days to be delivered after arriving in Belgium. Every day, I received an email notifying me that it would arrive that day, only for it to be postponed later. Additionally, I am a regular customer of your Milky Oolong, but this time I couldn't really detect the usual milk aroma and taste. I hope this was just a one-off issue with this batch.

I most say the website and service is excellent Took one star avay because I did not find the product I came for (based on prev purchase) and therefore had to spend 3x the money to test similar items (teas).

Shopping at TeeGschwender is always such a professional experience and top quality teas. The quality shows in, that I am able to get several brews from the leaves and it only tastes better. This makes the teas a great value and the selection is outstanding.

Liebes TeeGschwendner-Team, zunächst möchte ich Ihnen sagen, wie sehr ich Ihre Tees schätze. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind hervorragend – deshalb habe ich bereits DREIMAL bei Ihnen bestellt und bin ein begeisterter Kunde. Leider hatte ich BEI ALLEN DREI BESTELLUNGEN KLEINE PROBLEME MIT DER ZUSTELLUNG DURCH DHL. Jedes Mal wurde angegeben, dass ich nicht zu Hause war, obwohl ich den ganzen Tag da war. Am Ende muss ich das Paket in einem weit entfernten ServicePoint abholen, was leider etwas umständlich ist. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, EINE ZUSÄTZLICHE VERSANDOPTION anzubieten – zum Beispiel über DEUTSCHE POST / CORREOS. Für mich wäre das eine sehr bequeme Lösung, und ich bin sicher, dass sich auch andere Kunden darüber freuen würden. Ich hoffe sehr, dass sich hierfür eine Lösung findet, denn ich möchte weiterhin ein treuer Kunde bleiben. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis und den tollen Service! Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Everything arrived but the boxes are still the weak point! The box had open corners, one at the 'ground' which could have opened the whole box easily! Another one quite big also. 'Nachhaltigkeit' is important but the things should work. Thank you very much! Best regards, Elisabeth Kriechbaum
